During the session you'll soak your feet in a warm, mineral-rich foot bath while gentle ionic or herbal detox processes draw out impurities. Expect relaxation, mild tingling, and a therapist-guided rinse and moisturizing finish. Total experience is calming and restorative.
Most clients benefit from weekly to monthly sessions depending on goals and health. Beginners often start with weekly treatments for four sessions, then shift to maintenance every two to four weeks. We'll tailor frequency to your needs and response to treatment.
In general it's safe, but consult us and your physician if you have diabetes, circulatory disorders, open wounds, or an active infection. We assess medical history and adapt or decline treatment to ensure safety and avoid complications.
Sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes including consultation, foot soak, detox process, and finishing moisturizing. Allow extra time for arrival and post-treatment rest; total appointment time may be up to an hour.
Mild effects like temporary lightheadedness, increased urination, or skin dryness can occur. Most reactions are short-lived and manageable with hydration and rest. Contact us or your provider if symptoms persist or you experience unusual pain or swelling.
No extensive preparation is required; arrive clean and comfortably dressed. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and intense exercise immediately before your session. Bring medical information and notify staff of medications or health concerns for safe, personalized care.
